Gianfranco Nocilla

Gianfranco is not just a Master Certified Coach ICF and Leadership Developer; he’s a seasoned navigator of life’s transitions. His personal and professional journey has been marked by numerous transitions, and it is within the realm of career and life transitions that his passion truly ignites.
Since 2009, Gianfranco has dedicated over 5,000 certified coaching hours to delivering Executive Coaching services to multinational corporations, prominent public and private entities, and SMEs spanning diverse industries such as Luxury, Food, Manufacturing, IT, Services, FMCG, Government Enterprises, Banks, and Assurances. His expertise has evolved into specialized domains, including Career Coaching, Transition Coaching, Systemic Coaching, Team and Group Coaching, Mentoring, and Voice Dialogue. Noteworthy are his certifications as a Voice Dialogue Facilitator and DISC® assessor.
Gianfranco’s coaching approach is both systemic and deeply transformative, reflecting his commitment to driving meaningful change. Prior to embracing the freelance profession, he served as an engineer in a multinational FMCG company, where he adeptly managed multicultural teams and spearheaded global R&D projects. From 2012 to 2023, Gianfranco assumed the role of General Manager for an R&D and training company; since 2012 he’s been overseeing special R&D projects for a primary multinational food company.
His diverse experiences converge into a wealth of knowledge and insight, enriching his ability to guide others through their unique journeys of transformation.
Serenella Panaro

Serenella stands as a Professional Certified Coach ICF and Mentor Coach, specializing in the nuanced arenas of Business & Career Transition Coaching and Personal Branding. Her journey unfolds through a tapestry of personal and career transitions, seamlessly navigating various sectors within Corporates and Institutions while moulding her professional identity in diverse corporate roles and as a Freelance.
Since 2009, Serenella has imparted more than 3,000 certified coaching hours. Her expertise has been instrumental in collaborating with executives and managers across a spectrum of private sectors including Automotive, Energy, Assurance, Banking, Finance, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Food, Pharmaceutical, and Fashion & Luxury. Her impact extends into the Public Sector, where she has engaged with Universities, Research Institutes, and Hospitals.
Beyond her coaching prowess, Serenella is a recognized expert in Effective Communication, serving as the Coach of “TEDx Trento” speakers and proudly holding the distinction of being the first Italian Member of Career Directors International. Her certifications as a DISC Assessor and Emotional Intelligence Assessor, coupled with training in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Protocol of University Massachusetts Medical School), showcase her commitment to holistic development.
Before embarking on her coaching profession, Serenella contributed her talents to Luxury and Telecommunication companies, and served as a Career Advisor for the University of Trento. Currently, she holds the esteemed position of Leadership Coach for the Senior Researchers of Eurac Research Institute in Bolzano, solidifying her as a beacon of guidance in the field of leadership and personal development.

The Siamese fighting fish
The Betta Splendens, or Siamese Fighting Fish, is the chosen symbol for TRANSITION MASTERY, representing the dynamism and agility required to navigate transitions. Its vibrant colors reflect the diversity and vivacity of life’s transitions.
Originating from rice paddies, the Siamese Fighting Fish has developed the ability to leap in search of cleaner water, symbolizing the courage to step out of one’s comfort zone. Often considered a solitary and determined fish, it fiercely defends its goals and values.
