True transition occurs at a very deep level, indeed, necessitating methods that engage all facets of one’s being and identity. According to our own approach, transitions are accomplished through the following four pivotal phases:

  • END: navigating endings with intentionality;
  • NEUTRAL ZONE: embracing the transitional ambiguity;
  • REBIRTH: initiating the journey towards a new identity and a new beginning;
  • EMBODIMENT: integrating the newfound identity into daily life.

Each phase requires specialized tools and approaches to ensure the effective, enduring, and satisfying implementation of the new identity — whether at an individual, team, and organizational level.
